WELCOME TO CONSTELLATIONS RECOVERY

Just 35 miles from New York City, Constellations Recovery is the first High End Recovery Center in Westchester, NY. Supportive Living is essential in developing a strong foundation for recovery and to transition our Residents back into everyday life. The experience is unique, and tailored toward each of our Residents’ individual needs. Constellations Recovery supports the 12-Step program and principles. We focus on both personal and professional growth, strong morale, physical fitness, and encourage exploration of spirituality.

Meet The Team

John Crepsac, LCSW, ICADC
Executive Director

John Crepsac is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, with more than 25 years of clinical, supervisory and administrative experience in substance abuse and mental health treatment. He has served as a consultant and treating clinician with the NFL players Association since October 2000, as part of the premier substance abuse program in major league sports. He is also a DWI Screening and Assessment Provider approved by New York State OASAS (Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services). He serves on the Board of Directors for the National Youth Recovery Foundation and on the Community Advisory Board, Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatrists, the American Academy of Pain Management, National Association of Social Workers and the Employees Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).

An enthusiastic, valuable member of Constellations Recovery, Devin has a strong vision for helping individuals find recovery. His experience has been beneficial in helping shape the purpose of Constellations Recovery. He determined the necessity to create a structured Sober Living to accommodate the growing need in Westchester, NY. With significant experience, and a strong understanding of treatment centers, Devin believes in the continuity of care instituted in Sober Livings. Having spoken about Drug Awareness to thousands of students and teens across the Tri-State area, he delivers a message of hope, inspires others, and believes in the miracle of recovery.

Vincent O’Halloran

With over 20 years of personal experience, Vincent is committed to helping others achieve meaningful sobriety. Having previously worked in the world of finance, Vincent then changed careers and started volunteering and working in the substance abuse field. He is currently completing his CADC certification and is dedicated to providing individuals the opportunity to recover.

Having worked in various therapeutic environments, Gerald believes in the necessity of Sober Living. Having previously severed in the U.S. military, he continues to devote his life to serving others. Gerald encourages all of our Residents to be responsible, accountable, and forever maintain an open mind.

Having worked as an Executive Chef in various restaurants in NYC, Eric brings significant experience and flavors into the kitchen. He has been featured in the NY Times for his unique style and delicious foods. His various styles include French, American, Italian, Fusion, and Gastro. All of Eric’s meals include the freshest ingredients and are Farm-To-Table. Whether it’s his freshly baked croissants & muffins in the morning, or his original dinner dishes, Eric’s background and food speaks for itself.

What We Do

Young Adult Program

A comprehensive program designed for Young Adult Men between the ages of 18-30. We have developed a methodical 3 Phase approach to assist Residents in their recovery while incorporating pertinent life skills to assist in their personal growth and development.

Adult Program

Designed for executives and highly successful professionals in mind, we provide an environment that is conducive to establishing a foundation for Recovery, while facilitating necessary occupational access in a comfortable, all-inclusive environment.

Family Program

We have devised very specific clinically informed family program, to address the needs of each individual that we work with.

Case Management

Experienced Individuals that synchronize all services implemented for the Residents during their stay. Case Managers will collect all necessary information to better assist the Residents in addressing their needs, and to better support their recovery.

Recovery Coaching

Our New York State Certified Recovery Coaches assist Residents in their recovery, by providing encouragement and expertise to support successful change.
